Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 September 2026

This policy explains what VocalFrontier collects through this website, why, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

Who we are

VocalFrontier (“we”, “us”) builds AI voice agents, outbound dialing and SMS automation for service businesses.

For anything in this policy, contact us at alex.vocalfrontier@gmail.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it. It does not cover the systems we build and operate for our clients. If you are a customer of a business that uses VocalFrontier and you want to know how your call, text or appointment data is handled, that business is responsible for it and its own privacy policy applies. We process that data on its instructions.

Information we collect

What you send us. When you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, your business name, an email address or phone number, a description of the work you do, and whatever you write about how your calls are handled today. If you tick the box to receive text messages, we also record that you did, when, and the exact wording you agreed to.

What the server records. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs of requests to this site, which include IP addresses, timestamps, the page requested and browser user-agent. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure and are used for security and for diagnosing faults.

If you email us. We keep the correspondence so we can pick up the conversation where it left off.

Cookies, analytics and embedded tools

GoHighLevel is our customer relationship system, and this site uses it in three places. Being specific about each, because they are different:

  • Analytics on every page. A GoHighLevel script records that a page was viewed. They can see that connection, including your IP address, and they may set their own cookies. This is how we know which pages people read, and it is the only script on this site loaded from anywhere other than this site.
  • The demo form. When you submit it, your answers go to this site's own server, which passes them to GoHighLevel. Your browser does not contact GoHighLevel to submit the form, so nothing about your answers reaches them until you press the button.
  • The booking calendar. If you are offered a time to book after submitting the form, that calendar is loaded from GoHighLevel, and the name, phone number and email address you just gave us are passed to it so you do not have to type them again. That means those details appear in the calendar's web address, which your browser records in its history.

Beyond those, this site runs no advertising or tracking pixels, and nothing that builds an advertising audience from your visit. Its fonts are served from this site rather than a third-party font service, so no font provider sees you here. We do not sell your information to anyone.

If we add anything else that watches your visit, we will update this page and say so here before doing it.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to:

  • reply to you and arrange a call
  • prepare for that call by understanding your setup beforehand
  • send you text messages, but only if you asked us to
  • keep a record of the enquiry and our correspondence
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not add you to a marketing list because you enquired. Text marketing happens only if you separately and deliberately opted in.

Text messages

If you tick the text message box, you are giving express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from us at the number you gave. This is worth spelling out:

  • Ticking the box is optional. It is not a condition of contacting us, of a demo, or of buying anything.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
  • We keep a record of your consent: the time you gave it and the exact wording you were shown.
  • We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Withdrawing consent is immediate and costs you nothing. Replying STOP is the fastest route; emailing us works too. Stopping marketing texts does not stop us replying to an enquiry you started.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the business, and only what they need:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website and generates the technical logs described above.
  • GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, which serves the demo form, receives your submission, stores your contact record and consent, and sends any messages you agreed to.
  • Telecommunications carriers, who necessarily carry any text message we send you.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of who asked us what. Records of text message consent and opt-out are kept for as long as the law requires us to be able to prove them, which can be longer than the enquiry itself. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep it. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider and then discarded.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Residents of some jurisdictions, including California and the states with comparable laws, have specific rights including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To exercise any of these, email alex.vocalfrontier@gmail.com. We will not charge you for it and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we are not handing your information to someone else.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged here rather than made quietly.
